The conference will be held in the Sir Llew Edwards Building (Building 14).
Getting to/from UQ St Lucia campus and around Brisbane
St Lucia Campus has two bus stations, located at Chancellor’s Place and UQ Lakes.
Buses from Chancellor’s Place travel east to Toowong (412/411), Auchenflower (411),
Milton (412/411), Taringa (428), Indooropilly (428), Chapel Hill (428), and to the CBD
(412/411).
Buses from UQ Lakes travel west across the river to High Gate Hill/West End (192), South
Bank and the CBD (M2), and to the southern suburbs (169, 179, 209).
The CityCat Ferry terminal is just west of UQ Lakes and stops downstream in West End,
Toowong, Milton, South Bank, Kangaroo Point, etc.
All $0.50 per trip. Payment can be made with any credit or debit card.

Accessibility
The University of Queensland is committed to creating an accessible environment for
all staff, students, and visitors.
The Sir Llew Edwards Building is accessible to all levels by lifts. All-ability access to the lifts is from the entrance located at the corner of Campbell Road and Duhig Lane (see left image).
There are three disabled car parking spaces directly across Campbell Road from this entrance (see right image).

Study and Quiet Spaces
Building 14 is located adjacent to the Central Library, which offers a range of accessible study environments including bookable soundproof pods, dedicated quiet floors, and low sensory spaces.
Please note that pod and desk bookings must be made by UQ students, as these facilities are not available for staff booking. Low sensory spaces are located on Level 3 of the Central Library. As a general guide, noise levels decrease on higher floors of the library.

Campus Safety and Security
UQ provides several after-hours safety services for the campus community. The After
Hours Safety Bus operates from 6:00 pm, and a Safety Escort service is available to
accompany individuals to transport points or car parks during evening hours. While
these services are primarily intended for UQ staff and students, conference attendees
are encouraged to contact the organising committee or their events coordinator to
confirm visitor eligibility.

UQ has a variety of options for connecting to wifi.
Eduroam: If you’re a student or staff member from another university, connect to the Eduroam wireless network and use the same login details as you normally use at your own institution.
UQ Guest: Other attendees should use the UQ Guest wireless network.
